Swimming pool Maintenance

Our weekly pool service consists of a detailed cleaning of your swimming pool. We will empty all baskets, brush stairs and walls, vacuum every time it’s needed ($95 per month), backwash when needed, chemical testing and rebalancing, as well as equipment maintenance such as O-ring lubrication and salt cell cleaning. We also use a ultra fine net for polishing the surface of your pool water to insure your pool is sparkling clean and free of debris. We will also inform you when your swimming pool filter needs to be cleaned. You can rest assured that your pool equipment will not be neglected.

Play pools (less than 15,000 gal's)

Full Weekly Service = $85 per mo

Diving Pools (15,000 - 25,000 Gal's)

Weekly Chemical Service = $75 per mo

Please be aware that other services WILL offer lower rates only to jack them up at a later time. Or they plan on selling their pools to someone buying into the pool business.

We include chemicals with our swimming pool service and do not charge extra during swim or monsoon seasons. Prices may vary depending on location, pool surroundings, equipment functionality, etc.

Filter Maintenance

D.E. and cartridge filters should be taken apart and cleaned out roughly twice a year. As a good rule of thumb we recommend cleaning your filters before summer and after monsoon season.

About Our D.E. Filter Cleaning

When you backwash a D.E. filter not all of the D.E. will break loose. Over time the D.E. will build up and cause stress to the elements inside of the filter. Our filter cleaning consists of us completely disassembling the filter, thoroughly cleaning each element, and inspecting for damaged parts. We also completely clean the tank, as well as the tank gasket. Tank gasket will be thoroughly lubricated before being reinstalled.

About Our Cartridge Filter Cleaning

Cartridges do not have a backwash feature like D.E. or sand filters. Therefore it is important to make sure your filter is regularly cleaned. This will prevent cloudy and/or green water and not to mention costly repairs down the line. Our cartridge filter cleaning consists of a thorough cleaning of each cartridge as well as the inside of the tank, tank rims and tank gasket. We will also inspect all elements for damage.

Swimming Pool Acid Washing

Over time the plaster in your pool may become stained with dirt. Acid washing will revitalize the surface of your pool by removing a thin layer of plaster exposing the bright new plaster underneath. Pebble pools tend to build up hard water deposits changing the color of the pool, acid washing a pebble pool will remove this build-up giving your pool a polished look.

Our acid washing is a very detailed service, making sure your entire pool is free of dirt and grime. Not only do we clean the surface of your pool, but we also make sure to scrub the tile, inside the skimmer, under pop-ups and we will even hose down your deck.
