PLAN 1: CHEMISTRY MAINTENANCE
Our technician will be responsible for furnishing the required chemicals and maintaining the correct water chemistry in your swimming pool. A series of water tests will be conducted on each and every weekly pool visit. The results of these tests will recorded on a log card for your inspection. Salt pools will include the task of cleaning the cell once per month or as needed. This plan does not provide the janitorial tasks of filter cleaning, vacuuming, brushing or tile cleaning. These tasks are to be performed by others.

PLAN 2: FULL SERVICE

The technician will be responsible for detailing your pool, backwashing and cleaning the pump and skimmer baskets. This plan does not provide the janitorial tasks of filter cleaning or vacuuming. These tasks are to be performed by others or automatically completed by an installed auto-cleaning system.

The manual vacuuming of a swimming pool is time and labor intensive and we generally recommend that pools be equipped with automatic cleaners whenever possible as a way to keep the pool clean on a daily bases. We do recognize that some auto-cleaners are not readily adaptable in some pools. Under these plans, the technician will be responsible for furnishing the required chemicals and maintaining the correct water chemistry in the swimming pool. A series of water tests will be conducted on each and every weekly pool visit. The results of these tests will recorded on a log card for your inspection. The technician will be responsible for detailing your pool, backwashing and cleaning the pump and skimmer baskets. Additionally, we will complete the janitorial tasks of vacuum cleaning at the intervals indicated.
All required standard chemicals and labor are included in the plan prices. Water chemistry is maintained in accordance with National Association of Pool & Spa Professionals. Plan prices apply to pools up to 25,000 gallons. Larger pools and spas are priced on inspection.
*The annual amount is the pre-paid annual payment and is equal to (11) eleven months’ payments, with the (12) twelfth free.
